Acceptable use policy
Version 2026-01. Last updated 10 September 2026.
Draft for legal review. This wording is a starting point only. It must be reviewed against the laws of the jurisdiction the platform operates in, and against consumer, data-protection, advertising, and child-safeguarding rules in every market where it is published, before launch.
Be accurate
Describe your qualifications, experience, and services truthfully. Do not claim verification, accreditation, or affiliation you do not hold, and do not misrepresent where you teach.
Protect children
This platform is for adults arranging tuition. Do not create accounts for children, do not publish identifiable information about a child, and do not request it from a parent. Follow the safeguarding rules that apply where you teach.
Do not misuse contact
Inquiries are for genuine tuition enquiries. Do not use them for bulk marketing, recruitment, or unrelated selling, and do not harvest contact details.
No harassment or fraud
Threatening, abusive, discriminatory, sexually inappropriate, or deceptive behaviour is not permitted, and neither is any attempt to defraud another user.
Respect the platform
Do not scrape, probe, or overload the service, attempt to bypass access controls, upload malicious files, or submit content you do not have the rights to.
Enforcement
We may request changes, hide a profile, suspend an account, pause a paid placement, or ban a user. Serious matters, particularly those involving child safety or fraud, may be referred to the relevant authorities.
