Featured listing terms

Draft for legal review. This wording is a starting point only. It must be reviewed against the laws of the jurisdiction the platform operates in, and against consumer, data-protection, advertising, and child-safeguarding rules in every market where it is published, before launch.

What you are buying

A featured placement is advertising. It buys additional visibility for your published profile, in a defined placement, for a fixed number of days. It is not an endorsement by us and it does not change your organic ranking.

What is not promised

We do not promise contacts, inquiries, students, income, lesson bookings, a position on any particular page, or any commercial result. Visibility is the only thing sold.

Order snapshot

When you place an order we record the package, its scope, the price, the payment instructions shown to you, and the version of these terms you accepted. Later changes to package pricing do not alter an order that already exists.

Manual payment

You pay using the account details shown on your order and upload proof of payment. A finance reviewer verifies it manually. Submitting proof does not activate a placement by itself. If a transaction reference appears to have been used before, the order is held for review rather than approved or rejected automatically.

Activation and expiry

An approved order creates exactly one placement, which starts immediately or on the scheduled date and expires automatically at the end of the paid period. Slot capacity is limited and a full package cannot be purchased.

Suspension

If your profile is suspended, any active placement is paused immediately. If your profile is restored while the paid window is still open, the placement resumes. Paused time is not automatically added back unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Disclosure

Every featured placement is labelled and accompanied by the disclosure that featured profiles are paid promotions, not platform endorsements. You may not ask us to remove or obscure that label.
