How this directory works, what our labels mean, and where our role ends.

For parents and guardians

Does it cost anything to search for a teacher?

No. Browsing profiles and contacting teachers is free, and you do not need an account to search.

Does the platform take a commission on lessons?

No. We do not collect tuition, take a commission, or process payments between you and a teacher. You agree fees and payment directly with the teacher.

What does a verified badge mean?

A verification badge states exactly what was checked, for example that an administrator reviewed an identity document or a qualification document. It is a record of a check, not an endorsement of teaching quality or a guarantee of outcomes.

What does FEATURED mean on a profile?

Featured profiles are paid promotions, not platform endorsements. A teacher has purchased additional visibility. It says nothing about whether they are the best match for your child.

How do I arrange lessons?

Contact the teacher through the profile, then discuss schedule, format, and payment directly with them. The platform does not book or host lessons.

What should I do if something concerns me?

Use the report link on any profile, or contact our safety address. Do not share your child's school, home address, or other identifying details with someone you have not met.

For tutors

Is it free to create a teaching profile?

Yes. Creating and publishing a profile is free. Featured promotion is always optional.

Can I teach students in another country?

Yes. If you teach online you can target specific countries or select worldwide. You will appear in those markets' online results. In-person results only include teachers with a genuine service area in that location.

How does featured payment work?

You create an order, pay using the account details shown, and upload your receipt. A finance reviewer verifies the payment manually and then activates your placement.

What does a featured package guarantee?

It buys visibility for a fixed period in a defined placement. It does not promise contacts, students, income, or lesson bookings.

Why was my profile sent back for changes?

A moderator reviews profiles before they are published in markets that require it. The reason is shown on your dashboard so you can correct it and resubmit.

Do you host lessons or classrooms?

No. This is a directory and introduction service. There are no video classrooms, courses, homework, attendance, or grades.
