What a featured placement is
A featured placement gives a tutor profile additional visibility in a defined position for a fixed number of days. Every featured card carries a visible label and a disclosure that it is a paid promotion.
What it buys, and what it does not
A package sells visibility only. It does not promise contacts, students, income, lesson bookings, or any particular result. It does not improve a tutor organic ranking, and it never implies that a featured tutor is better than any other tutor.
How payment works
Payment is manual. You create an order, which records the package, scope, price, and terms exactly as they were when you ordered. You then pay using the account details shown and upload your receipt. A finance reviewer verifies the payment before the placement is activated. Nothing is charged automatically and no card details are stored.
Slots and scheduling
Each package has a limited number of slots. If a package is full you will be asked to choose another. Placements may start immediately or on a scheduled date, and they expire automatically at the end of the paid period.
If a profile is suspended
If a tutor profile is suspended, any active placement is paused immediately and stops rendering. If the profile is restored while the paid window is still open, the placement resumes.
