How to report

Every published tutor profile has a report link. Tutors can report an inquiry from their dashboard. You can also email our safety address. Tell us what happened and include anything that helps us understand it.

What we prioritise

Reports involving child safety, harassment, or fraud are treated as urgent and reviewed ahead of the general queue.

What happens next

A moderator reviews the report, records internal notes, and decides an outcome. Possible outcomes include no action, a warning, restricting contact, suspending a profile, or banning an account. Suspension also pauses any paid placement immediately.

Confidentiality

We do not disclose the reporter identity to the reported user as a matter of routine. We may have to disclose information where the law requires it.

Records

Every moderation decision is recorded in an audit trail with the reviewer, the action, and the reason.

If you believe someone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first. Reporting here is not a substitute for that.
